The Management Dashboard gives you a quick overview of how your business and properties are performing.
From one screen, you can:
- Monitor revenue and occupancy
- Review booking performance
- Compare properties and cities
- Track booking channels
- Export reports for your team or owners
The dashboard updates automatically based on the filters you select.
How to Access the Dashboard
- Log into the PMS.
- Click Dashboard from the left-side menu.
- Select the Management tab at the top-right corner.
Dashboard Filters
At the top of the page, you can filter the information displayed on the dashboard.
Filter by City
Use the Select a city dropdown to display data only for specific cities.
This is useful if your business operates in multiple locations.
Filter by Property
Use the Property Selection dropdown to:
- Select one property
- Select multiple properties
- View portfolio-wide performance
You can combine several properties into one report.
Select a Date Range
Choose the reporting period you want to review.
Examples:
- Current month
- Previous month
- Quarterly performance
- Seasonal comparison
All charts and metrics update automatically after selecting the dates.
Exporting Reports
You can export the dashboard information directly from the PMS.
- Click Download
- Select:
- Excel
The exported report will match the filters currently selected on the dashboard.
Understanding the Dashboard Metrics
Below is a simple explanation of the main metrics displayed on the dashboard.
Net Income
Shows the total income generated during the selected period.
This helps you quickly understand overall business performance.
Room Night
Displays the total accommodation revenue generated from booked nights.
ADR (Average Daily Rate)
ADR shows the average price guests paid per booked night.
A higher ADR usually means stronger pricing performance.
RevPAR
RevPAR stands for Revenue Per Available Room.
This combines occupancy and pricing performance into one metric and is commonly used in hospitality reporting.
Unit Nights
Shows the total number of nights available across your selected properties.
Booked
Displays the total number of bookings during the selected period.
Host Booked
Shows reservations created internally by the host or operator.
Examples:
- Owner stays
- Internal use
- Staff reservations
Blocked
Displays nights that were blocked and unavailable for booking.
Examples:
- Maintenance
- Renovations
- Owner usage
Vacant
Shows how many nights remained unbooked during the selected period.
This helps identify opportunities to improve occupancy.
Occupancy
Displays the percentage of booked nights compared to available nights.
Occupancy is one of the most important performance metrics for holiday homes.
Booking Channels Chart
The Bookings / Channels chart shows where your bookings are coming from.
Examples:
- Airbnb
- Booking.com
- Agoda
- Expedia
- Direct bookings
This helps you understand which channels generate the most reservations.
Revenue Graph
The dashboard also includes a revenue graph to help visualize performance over time.
You can use it to:
- Compare monthly revenue
- Identify seasonal trends
- Monitor growth
