Why can’t I assign an area or community to my property?

Areas and communities must exist before being assigned to a property. If they don’t appear in the dropdown, they need to be created first.

🪜 Steps to Troubleshoot

  1. Go to Properties → Areas or Communities.

  2. Create a new Area first:
    Select the city and name of the neighborhood.

  3. Then create a Community:
    Assign it to the Area you just created.

  4. Go back to Properties → Create Property and select the new options.

  5. Save your property details.

💡 Tips

  • Communities are usually building names; areas are neighborhoods.

  • If you manage multiple businesses, ensure the correct business is selected.
