Why can’t I log into my PMS account?

If you’re unable to log in to your mr.alfred PMS account, the issue could be related to incorrect credentials, expired sessions, or restricted access permissions.

🪜 Steps to Troubleshoot

  1. Verify email and password:
    Make sure you’re entering the exact email registered in your PMS profile.
  2. Reset your password:
    Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it.
  3. Check if your account is active:
    Ask your administrator to confirm your user status in Admin → Users.
  4. Confirm role permissions:
    If your role was modified or restricted, you may no longer have login rights.
  5. Clear browser cache and cookies:
    Outdated session cookies can cause login loops.
  6. For 2FA-enabled accounts:
    Verify the code is correct and not expired (valid for 60 seconds).

💡 Tips

  • Multiple failed attempts may temporarily lock your account.
  • Only users with active roles can access the PMS dashboard.
