How to edit an OTA booking?

Users cannot edit OTA bookings, unless it’s guest data, Management fee or Relocations. This is to insure the integrity and transparency of the information in the system, and to avoid connection issues with the channel manager.

Exception: iCal bookings from OTAs can be edited, in these cases the user can only place the total price of the booking, and the system will auto-calculate the breakdown of room night and fees.

In case of any errors in the breakdown of your booking, please contact your account manager and provide them the Booking Reference.
