Why can’t I capture the deposit?

There are a few possible reasons:

  • The deposit is already Expired (hold period ended).

  • The deposit was Refunded manually.

  • Your user role doesn’t have permission to perform capture actions.

  • The gateway provider (Stripe or Mamopay) rejected the capture request (e.g., card expired).

👉 Check the Logs tab in the booking for details and confirm your role permissions with your PMS admin.
