🧭 Where to Add Business Information
You can add or edit your business information under:
Admin module → Settings → Business Information tab
This section is part of your initial onboarding and must be filled out completely to ensure proper functionality across your account.
🧾 Why Is This Important?
The details you enter here are core to your PMS account and will be used throughout the system for:
- Booking confirmation PDFs
- Invoices sent to guests or owners
- Alerts and automated communications
- Whitelabeling your booking engine and host mobile app (logo, company name, etc.)
- Currency formatting and time-based automations
⚠️ These fields are mandatory and must be accurate to avoid errors in system-generated documents.
📝 Fields to Complete

Business Legal Name | Shown on invoices and confirmations |

Currency | Defines default system currency (affects pricing, invoices) |
Tax Number | Required for jurisdictions where tax ID must appear on invoices |
Address / Billing Address | Shown in invoice footers and correspondence |
Registration Number | Useful for regulatory compliance (optional in some markets) |
Website | Will display in automated documents if entered |
Upload Logo | Appears in confirmations, dashboard header, and app |
✅ Best Practices
- Use a generic company contact email (e.g. info@yourcompany.com) instead of personal ones
- Ensure your timezone and currency match your operating location
- Upload a high-resolution logo (PNG or SVG preferred)
- Update this information promptly if your business changes addresses, emails, or branding
