The Revenue module in mr.alfred gives property managers full control over pricing strategy and automation. It includes several submodules that support both manual and automated rate management, as well as promotional tools.

💵 Pricing Submodule
The Pricing submodule allows direct editing of nightly rates and minimum stay settings:
- You will see a list of all properties.
- Select a property to open its calendar tab or basic pricing setup tab:
Calendar tab:
- View monthly pricing per property
- Click or drag to edit nightly rates and min. stay for specific dates or date ranges
- Overrides the base rate for selected dates
- You can also export/import rates via Excel
Basic tab:
- Shows the default pricing and availability settings as configured in the Property > Pricing & Availability tab
✅ Use the calendar to adjust high-demand days or correct short-term gaps quickly
📊 Dynamic Pricing Submodule
This section allows you to apply bulk changes to multiple listings with filters:
- Filter by property, community, area, or room type
- Select a date range and choose:
- Days of the week the change applies to
- Whether it’s a percentage or fixed adjustment
- Whether it’s an increase or decrease
- A new minimum stay
⚙️ Great for launching promotions or reacting to local market trends
📈 Yield Pickups Submodule
This is a downloadable performance report that shows:
- The actual rate per night a booking was sold for
- Allows analysis of realized revenue per property
📥 Export this report to review pricing effectiveness and revenue per unit sold
🎯 Discounts Submodule
You can create and assign custom discounts with flexible rules:
- Apply to selected properties
- Set a booking stay date range
- Define a minimum and maximum stay
- Choose a booking creation window
- Set a percentage discount to apply
🎟️ Ideal for early bird or last-minute promotions
💬 Coupons Submodule
Create promo codes for use on the mr.alfred booking engine. Coupons include:
- The same stay/creation/stay length rules as Discounts
- Additional settings:
- Promotion code name
- Total usage limit
- Limit per guest usage
🧠 Use unique codes for specific campaigns or partner deals
🔁 Pricelabs Integration
If you’re using Pricelabs:
- Rates are dynamically synced and shown in the calendar
- You can override specific dates with manual edits
- Control the integration from
Settings → Integrations
