- Verify email and password:
Make sure you’re entering the exact email registered in your PMS profile. - Reset your password:
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it. - Check if your account is active:
Ask your administrator to confirm your user status in Admin → Users. - Confirm role permissions:
If your role was modified or restricted, you may no longer have login rights. - Clear browser cache and cookies:
Outdated session cookies can cause login loops. - For 2FA-enabled accounts:
Verify the code is correct and not expired (valid for 60 seconds).
💡 Tips
- Multiple failed attempts may temporarily lock your account.
- Only users with active roles can access the PMS dashboard.
