How does Keyless integration work on mr.alfred PMS?

We will explain the step by step process of the Keyless – mr.alfred Integration, in order for the user to comprehend how the guest receives access to the smartlock.

  1. As soon as a confirmed booking is generated, basic booking details are sent to Keyless
  2. Guest user gets created in your Keyless account with a preestablished access to the smartlock for the dates of their stay along with a Booking reference to identify guest in Keyless system
  3. Keyless sends the Booking reference code to mr.alfred PMS, and it is stored in the guest booking under Integrations tab
  4. An email notification via mr.alfred will be sent to the guests requesting they download the Keyless app and sharing the Keyless booking reference code. Note: this email notification can be tailored by user to fit user requirements
  5. Guest will receive email with access to download the app for Apple Store and Google Play Store.
  6. Guest must register with the same email as in the booking
  7. Once registered, guest will view the smartlock available to them. Note: the key will only work starting from check in date If it is inactive, the user can claim the key by adding the unique identifying code.
  8. Once the key is available, the guest just need to tap the lock circle to unlock and the door will open. Note: Bluetooth must be active in order for the app to connect to the smartlock device
