How can I cancel OTA booking?
- Go to the specific OTA website
- Log in with your user access
- Search for the booking
- Click on the “Cancel” or “Request Cancellation” button
If you are having difficulties to cancel, please contact your OTA account manager.
If you try to cancel through PMS, the Channel Manager will change back the status to confirmed, so make sure to process cancellation always through the OTA.
The only exception is HomeAway/VRBO, bookings from VRBO can be cancelled directly through the MrAlfred PMS by changing the booking status to cancelled.
