Overview
If you’ve chosen to onboard your property on Expedia with the help of mr.alfred’s distribution and onboarding services, it’s important to understand the typical timeframes and steps involved.
How Long Does It Take?
- Expedia listing onboarding typically takes 3 to 4 business days, assuming all information is correct and provided upfront.
- This includes:
- Internal setup within mr.alfred PMS
- Configuration and mapping to Expedia via Channex
- Sync and activation from Expedia’s backend
What Can Delay the Process?
- If your property requires a tourism or commercial license, Expedia may require additional validation.
- The approval time for the tourism license varies depending on the region, and it’s managed directly by Expedia.
This step is outside of mr.alfred’s control and may cause additional delays.
