This guide explains how to connect Ostrovok to mr.alfred PMS to sync your availability and pricing. This integration reduces manual work and keeps your listing data accurate across platforms.

✅ Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- A fully configured property in mr.alfred
- Assigned a host to the property
- Configured any necessary markup under Fees & Taxes
- A live and published listing in Ostrovok
⚠️ mr.alfred does not sync listing content (titles, photos, amenities). Only availability and pricing are synced.
🔐 Step 1: Request Channel Manager Access in Ostrovok
- Log in to your Ostrovok Partner Portal
- Go to the Settings > Channel Manager section
- Click Connect New Channel Manager
- Search for and select Channex
- Submit your connection request
🧠 In case you can’t find these settings, ask Ostrovok support team to connect your account to Channex.
🔑 Step 2: Add the Connection in mr.alfred
Once approved:
- Navigate to
Sales Channels → Add Connection - Choose Ostrovok from the OTA list
- Select the Communities from mr.alfred and add Hotel ID from Ostrovok to sync
- mr.alfred will pull your active Ostrovok listings within that Hotel ID
🗂️ Step 3: Map Your Listing
- mr.alfred will retrieve your published Ostrovok listings
- Match each listing to the corresponding property in the PMS
- This enables automated syncing of availability and pricing

💵 Step 4: Set Up Markup for Ostrovok
mr.alfred pushes the base price unless a markup is specified. You can set the markup here:
- Go to:
Property → Fees & Taxes tab → Ostrovok Markup %
Example: If base price = $100 and you want to charge $115, set markup to 15%.
🔁 What’s Synced Automatically?
Synced:
- Calendar availability
- Nightly rate
- Minimum stay, availability ahead of time and preparation time
Not synced:
- Photos or listing descriptions
- Taxes, fees, or promotions
🚫 Common Issues
- Channel manager not enabled in Ostrovok → No sync possible
- Property not published → Won’t appear for mapping
- Markup not set → Guests see net pricing
