This article explains how to connect your Agoda listings to mr.alfred to sync availability and pricing automatically. The integration ensures your Agoda listings stay up to date with your calendar and pricing in the PMS.

Before You Start
Make sure:
- Your property is fully created and configured in mr.alfred
- Host is assigned to the property
- Markup is added under Fees & Taxes
- The listing is created and published in Agoda
mr.alfred does not sync listing content such as photos, descriptions, or amenities.
Step 1: Request Connection in Agoda YCS (Your Control System)
- Log in to Agoda, go to YCS
- Go to Settings > Property Settings > Optional Settings
- Click on Enable Channel Manager mode box to add or remove channel manager
- Search for and select Channex from the drop down
- Submit the connection request
The request will be reviewed and approved by the mr.alfred team. You’ll be notified once active.
Step 2: Authenticate Agoda in mr.alfred
Once approved:
- In mr.alfred, go to:
Sales Channels → Add Connection
- Select Agoda from the list
- Select the Communities from mr.alfred and add Hotel ID from Agoda to sync
- mr.alfred will pull your active Agoda listings within that Hotel ID
Step 3: Map Your Listing
- mr.alfred will fetch the published Agoda listings tied to your account
- Match each Agoda listing with the correct property in the PMS
- Mapping enables the automatic flow of availability and rates

Step 4: Set Up Markup for Agoda
- By default, mr.alfred pushes the base price from the Revenue module
- If your OTA price differs from your net price, add a markup in:
Property → Fees & Taxes tab → Agoda Markup %
Example: Base price is $100. Desired OTA price is $120. Set a 20% markup for Agoda.
What’s Synced Automatically?
mr.alfred syncs:
- Calendar availability
- Nightly base price
- Minimum stay restrictions, prep time rules and availability ahead of time by community
Not synced:
- Listing photos
- Title or description
- Taxes, fees, or discounts
Common Issues
- Channel manager not enabled in Agoda → mr.alfred cannot connect
- Listing not published → Property won’t appear for mapping
- Missing markup → Net price appears in Agoda
- Host not assigned in PMS → Mapping fails
