Creating and Managing Users in mr.alfred PMS

🧭 Where to Find the User Management Section

Go to the Admin module → Users submodule. Here, you can view all users with their:

  • Name
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Assigned businesses
  • Assigned roles

🔎 You can use the search bar to filter users by keyword.


➕ How to Create a New User

Click the + Add User button at the top right to create a new user profile.

Fill in the following fields:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Email (used to log in)
  • Phone Number
  • Role (e.g., Operations, Cleaning, Booking, Finance, Head Management)
  • Business Access (you can select one or multiple businesses if your account manages more than one)
  • Date of Birth (optional)
  • Profile Picture (optional, JPG/PNG/SVG, max 1MB)

📌 User roles are predefined by the mr.alfred team based on client setup. These control access and permissions for various modules.

Click Save to finalize.


🛠️ Editing or Deleting Users

From the user list:

  • Click the blue pencil icon to edit user info
  • Click the red trash icon to delete the user (admin role required)

If the lock icon is available, you can:

  • Click it to access the Change Password screen
  • Set a new password and confirm it
  • Note: Changing a password will log the user out of all devices

⚠️ Some roles may not have access to the edit/delete/password change buttons depending on permission settings.


🧩 What Are Roles?

Roles define what a user can view and edit within the PMS. Typical roles include:

  • Operations Team: Access to bookings, calendar, and cleaning coordination
  • Cleaning Team: Limited access to cleaning schedules only
  • Booking Team: Manages reservations and client communication
  • Finance Team: Handles payments and invoicing
  • Head Management: Full access to all modules and controls

Roles are created and configured by the mr.alfred team at onboarding.
