How can I change the Arrival Status?
There are two ways to change the Arrival Status of a booking. Via Booking page itself or via Operations Task module.
On the Booking page, go to the specific booking. Click on Arrival Status and select the Arrival Status from the dropdown list.
- Upcoming: this status is for guest that will arrive in the future and have yet to complete the documentation form required by local authorities
- Online Check-in: this status is for guests that will arrive in the future and have completed the documentation form required by local authorities
- Check-in: guests have arrived to the property and have completed the full check in process.
- Check-out: guests have departed the property and have completed the full check out process.
- No Show: guests never arrived to the property. Learn more about this status
- Cancelled: this status is for booking cancellations, since arrival status becomes irrelevant.
On Operational tasks, the user responsible for executing the Check in or Check out can confirm that the task was completed, and this will change automatically the Arrival status of the booking.
If the user is not using the Operations module, then the Arrival status must be updated directly on the Booking page.
