How to Set up Emails or Bell notifications?

To create email or bell notifications, go to Alert submodule.

  • Once inside, click on Add Alert button or
  • A page will open up, where the user can select for the alert the specific trigger, recipient (PMS user, Guest or Host), property, channel, etc.
  • After setting up the alert rules, below there will be a text box where the user must add the title and message for the email and/or bell notification. There are several options also available on the texbox:

Templates: user can select from a list of templates, either created by the user or pre-made templates from the PMS.

Medium: user can select if they wish to only receive bell notifications, or emails with bell notifications. Please note that all email alerts come with bell notifications.

Tokens: user has available several tokens (labels) to reference data in other areas of the PMS, for example: “Hello [[RecipientName]]

  • After filling in the message, save the Alert
