How can I create an invoice?
- Go to the finance module, to the sub-module invoices
- Click on the upper right corner button CREATE HOST INVOICE
- Select the type of invoice to create:
- Create Manual invoice: sporadic invoice
- Create Monthly invoice: invoice that include auto-calculated fees as per property financial settings
- Import invoice: generate several invoices via excel
- After selecting one of the two first options, a form will open up
- Fill in the property, name of the invoice, due date, date of invoice, notes, fees and billing details
- After this, save the changes and the invoice will appear on the list of invoices created as a Draft
Note: property owners will not be able to view the draft invoices, only the confirmed invoices.
In order to confirm, click on the pencil next to Draft and change the status.
