The connection with the Channel Manager has failed, what should I do?
Any synchronization issue must be reported to your Account Manager.
The user can also push the data to the Channel Manager through the Property Module and Booking Module, just to ensure that the information is being updated.
On bookings, go to the booking itself, go to the Integration tab and click on the “SEND TO” button to ensure that the information is being sent.
On properties, go to the property itself, go to the Publish tab and click on “PUSH UPDATES” button to ensure that the information is being sent..
