Should I change “No Show” status in PMS?

Yes, the system needs the user to change the Arrival status to “No Show” whenever required, with the purpose of allowing the user to track No Show guests, which are automatic cancellations with no refunds.

The user can download the bookings on Excel, and use Excel filters to follow up with which cases are non refundable no shows.

Keep in mind that if you have an OTA no show, you must inform the OTA, such as Booking.com in order to free the property calendar.
