💡 What Are Pulled Bookings?
Pulled bookings refer to reservations that are forcefully retrieved from your connected OTAs (like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and imported into mr.alfred PMS. These bookings are automatically registered in the system once pulled, bypassing standard sync intervals.
This option becomes available after you’ve successfully connected, mapped, and activated your OTA listings.
📍 Where to Find the Pull Bookings Feature
- Go to the Sales Channels module.
- Ensure that your OTA connection is fully active (Connection established → Listings mapped → Connection activated).
- Click the Actions dropdown on the right of your connected channel.
- Select Pull Future Bookings.
This will retrieve all ongoing and future bookings associated with the mapped listings.
⚠️ Make sure your mapping is complete—pulling bookings from unmapped listings can cause issues or may not sync anything at all.
🔍 Things to Watch Out For
- Review all pulled bookings manually. Sometimes there may be discrepancies due to mismatches in fee or tax configurations between OTA and PMS.
- You can freely edit pulled bookings inside mr.alfred—update guest info, adjust pricing, etc.
- Do not rely on pulled bookings to correct OTA settings. Always ensure your OTA and PMS settings match.
🧾 The pricing breakdown of pulled bookings will follow mr.alfred’s formulas, so double-check totals if importing OTA historical data.
