If I have a pending to process cancellation that is blocking my property calendar, how do I make those dates available?

How do I make dates available if I have a pending cancellation?

If the user has an OTA booking that requires cancellation, please go to the OTA and cancel this booking, in order for it to be fully cancelled in MrAlfred PMS.

If the cancellation process is taking some time and the property calendar needs to be available for those dates, the user can relocate this soon to be cancelled booking to a Dummy property in order to unblock the property calendar.

Note: Dummy properties are there to assist users in creating Demos, Testers or managing relocation cases

If the booking is from MrAlfred.travel or from Property Manager, the user can directly change the status to Cancelled to free up the property calendar.
